1. Payment must be made in full two weeks prior to arrival by way of direct deposit into the principal account of the Property Manager, or by bank cheque. Please note, we do not have credit card facilities.
2. A Booking is not secure until a deposit is paid. The booking deposit is 50% of the total tariff.
3. If you cancel your secure booking, the deposit is not refundable unless the property is re-booked for the entire period. If the property is re-booked, a cancellation fee $40.00 will be charged and the balance of the deposit will be refunded to you.
4. If you have taken occupancy and cancel any part of your booking, the total tariff is not refundable.
5. A $150 security bond must be paid with the remaining tariff payment. The bond will be returned two weeks after the property has been inspected and no damages have been reported.
6. Check in strictly after 2.00pm. No keys are permitted to be collected prior to this time.
7. Check out is strictly by 10.00am. A charge of $30 will apply if the keys are not returned by 11am.
8. We can make special arrangements for after hours arrival if we have received reasonable notice.
9. Keys must be returned to the same place where they were picked up (this will be arranged before hand). There is a mailbox located in the front yard for out of hours. Please call the Property Manager before your arrival on 0418465756.
10. Lost keys are to be reported to the Property Manager immediately on 0418465756. A charge of $40 will
apply if we are required to supply you with spare keys outside of our office hours.
11. The premises are let for holiday purposes only, for the period stated on the receipt.
12. The persons described as the occupants at the time of booking must be the persons who check into the property.
13. The number of occupants must not exceed the number of beds stated on the description of the property.
14. The occupant is responsible for any damage, breakages or loss incurred during the time of the occupancy.
15. Cleaning, maintenance or electrical/appliance problems must be reported to the Property Manager on 0418465756 as soon as possible and we will address the problem as soon as is reasonably practical.
16. All bed, bathroom and table linen must be provided by the occupants. Linen can be organized with a fee of $20 per person.
17. Pets are NOT permitted on the property. Also, no caught fish are to be gutted or cleaned on the property.
18. This is a non-smoking property. If you are a smoker, please smoke outside the property and dispose of the butts in a proper manner.
19. There is no telephone access on site. Public phones are located at various shopping complexes.
20. Air-conditioning is under occupant control and is not to be overloaded.
21. Garbage bins are to be taken out every Wednesday night and brought back in every Thursday morning when empty.
22. Excess noise is not permitted after 10.00pm. Also there is to be no violent behaviour what so ever.
23. In the event of the property being offered for sale, the occupier agrees to allow the owner or his agent to inspect the property with prospective purchases during reasonable hours by appointment.
24. For safety reasons the occupant is to monitor the environment of the property and its surrounding area, and take full control and responsibility of the behaviour of family, friends, children and teenagers.
25. No responsibility is taken for guest’s personal items or valuables left on the property. If the owner of good cannot be identified and they are unclaimed after 28 days, they will be disposed of.
